Bridgewater Logistics has realized the risk that this poses to its clients both current and future, and has engaged with the Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA), and achieved the highest level of certification available through the organization. We are a level A certified facility and have invested hundreds of thousands of rand in state of the art equipment to protect clients assets in our control.
Being part of TAPA allows our Company access to information from global manufacturers, logistics service providers, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders in supply chains across the country, and globally.
Stringent policies and procedures are in place to ensure compliance with the standard at all times, and these run throughout the business making for world-class, secured supply chain solutions. We are audited annually to renew our certification and are constantly upgrading our technology to stay ahead of any criminal activity that could affect the safety and security of our client’s and our own assets. So effective is our facility and methodology that a number of clients use us as a benchmark for supplier selection in their supply chains across the board.
